    WARRANTY

    Freedom Foilboards are dedicated to designing and manufacturing the highest quality foiling products on the market. With this focus on quality, we are able to offer limited warranties across our entire product range.

    Foilboards - 6 Month Warranty

    Freedom Foilboard are semi-custom hand-laid carbon boards that need to be treated with the care they deserve. Freedom Foilboards offer a warranty for all boards to be free from major defects in manufacturing or material for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by UV, heat or use. To reduce unnecessary weight our boards are unpainted and have their carbon hand-laid, this can sometimes produce blemishes in the carbon layup, these aesthetic differences are not covered by our warranty.

    Wind Wings - 12 Month Warranty

    Freedom Foilboards offer a warranty for wind wings to be free from major defects in manufacturing or material for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by UV, heat, over inflation or ordinary wear & tear.

    Foils and Hardware - 12 Month Warranty

    Freedom Foilboards offer a warranty for all foils and hardware to be free from major defects in manufacturing or material for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by UV, heat or ordinary wear & tear. Damage caused by impacts such as dropping or hitting the bottom is not covered by the warranty.

    General Terms

    • Freedom Foilboard's warranties only cover products purchased from genuine Freedom dealers and are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Warranties do not extend to rental or school use.
    • Freedom Foilboards do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Only defects or damage caused by defects in material or workmanship are covered.
    • Freedom Foilboards make the final decision on all warranty claims and may require investigation with supporting imagery. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt of purchase from a Freedom Foilboards dealer.
    • All warranties are voided if any unauthorized repair, change, or modification is made to any part of the equipment.

    Warranty Process

    If you have an unfortunate issue with your Freedom Foilboards product, contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Only the store you made the original purchase will be able to support you with a warranty. A receipt showing the purchase location will be required.

    Shipping

    Freedom Foilboards have no responsibility during the shipping process for products that you may be sending, and we always recommend a tracked & insured service. Freedom Foilboards also has no responsibility for customs issues when shipping products internationally.
